You can choose a role when you invite a member, but an account holder may wish to update a member’s role in the future.

Open the GV2020 app

Navigate to the member page

Scroll down to the section titled “Members”. After tapping on it, you will presented with a list of all the members in your organization. Locate the member whose role you want to update, and select them.

Select a new role

Among other options, you will see a list of role-related buttons. Choose an option such as “Promote to Admin” and “Set to Manager”.

Confirm and update

Proceed through the confirmation dialog and the member’s role will be updated.
