Open the GV2020 app

Navigate to account settings

When logged into the account holder’s account, tap on your profile icon/image in the top right of the main screen.

Navigate to transfer section

Tap “Account” and scroll down to the section named “Danger Zone”. Inside, tap “Transfer Organization”.

Enter the Danger Zone

Tap “Account” and scroll down to the section named “Danger Zone”

Choose the member to receive ownership

Transfer!

Press the continue button and proceed through the confirmation alerts.
You will receive an agent role.
